So there are 2 steps to dispatch the order

1. Check the sidebar and click on “orders” and there in action section after the payment is done to you the button “Ready to Dispatch” will be shown to you click on it.
2. After click on ready to dispatch button the dispatch section will open where you have to enter the number of boxes and loose parts the order has, so that logistic will be booked accordingly after you click on Submit button.

So there are 2 steps you have to follow to upload inventory

1. Check the sidebar on left side and click on “Add inventory” and then click on “Download product template”
   
2. Open the template and filled the required data in it ( sku and qyt) of your inventory and save the excel.
   
3. Now upload the save excel inside of the upload bulk product section and click on the “Upload product data button“.
   

And with these step your inventory is uploaded make sure the format of excel is correct and it take maximum 30 min to upload the inventory and after 30 min you can upload it again if you want and if any doubt check the below video.

So there are 3 steps to create payment request and check the status of it

1. Click on the add payment button which has “Plus icon” for the order you have uploaded the invoice and need payment.
   
2. Now fill the required details like the amount and payment type and invoice no and once everything is filled click on submit
   
3. On check the side bar on left side and click on payments and check the entry of invoice no and here you can check the status of payment request and once there is transaction_id in front your invoice no. then payment is done.

So there are 4 Steps to process the order

1. Check the Sidebar on the Left side and click on the Tab “Orders” you will see the orders placed by the customers
   
2. To Accept the orders Click on the green “Check Button” inside of the action column and then click on the “Yes confirm”
   
   
3. Once Order is accepted check the “Pargun Service purchase invoice” by click on blue color button
   
4. After confirming every thing in the Purchase order click on the yellow color button in the action section
   
   then upload your invoice and select the Document type of invoice and enter the invoice date and invoice number and click on the submit

So there are 5 steps to submit the quotation

1. Check the Sidebar on the Left side and click on the Tab “Leads”
   
2. All the Leads of Your Selected Brands will load just “Click On EYE Button” of lead for which you have to submit the Quotation
   
3. Now you how to click on the button  “Download Sample Quotation Format” which will download the excel which has the quotation format.
   
4. You open the sample excel and filled the required fields and copy the table
   
5. Now click on the Empty Message Field and paste the Copied table and Click on the Submit Quotation button.
